Sylvia has been with Novartis for just over 3 years in her current role. Sylvia has gained extensive industry experience over a 20 year career, across a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, food, electronics and retail working within Supply Chain, Operation and Finance teams. During her time in Novartis, Sylvia has designed and implemented a Supply Chain department within one of the Novartis Sites and led the sites in achieving the Supply Chain Excellence certification. Since joining Novartis, Sylvia has taken on addition responsibility as the Site Strategy Lead and is currently the Head of Supply Chain for Chemical Operations. Sylvia holds a degree from UCC in Business Studies, a Degree in Supply Chain, a Management Accountant qualification and has completed her MBA in 2016.
